Don’t spend your money with this crap company in Nottingham they have no complaints processing.I brought a car from them with a loads of faults two flat tires cracked windscreen faulty tires sensors blocked pollen filter and air filter had to changed the oil and oil filter and service the car which they should’ve done. They want sell you service plan for 500 pounds a year and maintenance plan which you don’t need they motto is get as much money out of these piggy bank called customers
I recently purchased a car from here and had such a positive experience! Ivan listened to my requirements and showed me a range of appropriate cars (great selection available!) He was very attentive and thorough, explaining all the different guarantee and cover options available for the vehicle. He also took his time to make sure I was comfortable with how everything worked before handing over the keys. He was friendly, efficient and not at all pushy which made this a pleasant and non stressful experience. I would definitely recommend Evans Halshaw based on this experience, thanks Ivan!
The only positive is, face-to-face, the sales team are polite. I first reached out to express interest in a car a book a viewing and a test drive. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was left waiting for an extended period of time before they had the car ready, and I was then told I couldn't test drive it because they'd booked me in "Too late". Upon booking the viewing the 2nd time, I had the same issues aside from being able to actually test drive it this time. Not even 6 hours after the purchase of the car, the engines overheated. In trying to return the vehicle and claim a refund, my calls have been ignored, promises to reach out have gone unfulfilled and they're trying to deny my rights as a consumer for the refund. Overall: face-to-face they're polite enough but behind closed doors there is 0 care for the customer whatsoever. Completely unprofessional.
