They did a service and iam happy with that . I was not pleased when they ask if I wanted my car to be cleaned after service and I gave consent for my car to be washed and they said instead of me collecting my car at 16:00 they asked me to come at 17:30 to allow them to wash the car. 17:45 On collecting my vehicle the wash was not done i was handed over my keys no explanation to why they delayed me to collect my vehicle, when they had promised me to come at 17:30 to allow them to wash the vehicle i was not happy.
I recently helped my grandma buy a Citroën DS3 from Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Hull, and the experience was excellent. Ivan, who looked after her, was lovely, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything quick and easy to understand, which really put her at ease. A special touch was that Ivan personally dropped the car off at her house, as she doesn't like driving far from home. This level of customer service was greatly appreciated and made the experience stress-free for her. We're very happy with the car and would happily recommend Evans Halshaw Hull, especially Ivan, for anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
First-class service from start to finish. We met a few from the team who were all exceptional but Nathan was our main port of call and he was magnificent! He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Had a great day at the classic car event today, some beautiful older Aston Martins & stunning not so old ones. Beautiful Porsche’s, Ferrari’s & Lamborghini’s with a stunning Hurricane in bright orange. Car of the day for me though was the Renault 5 GT Turbo which brought back some good memories of my younger days. Entertaining to watch my son Calvin on the simulator going round Knockhill & he did win a mug for going round in 45sec, well done son. Thank you to all, had a great day, enjoyed the cheese burgers too.
We have been looking to buy a used mini and we found one that we liked the look of at Evans Halshaw byd Tyburn road , we were looked after by a lovely young lady called Lilly , she was very professional but more importantly we found her very warm and a pleasure to deal with , she had the car prepared for us , accompanied us on our test drive and was very knowledgable about the car , we were very impressed with her and the place as a whole , unfortunately the mini was not the one for us this time but we will definitely be keeping an eye on there used cars and hopefully we will deal with Lilly and the team in the future , thanks Steve m
