It was a pleasure doing business with Empire Cars. The car i bought was exactly as advertised if not better, and the preparation was 100% spot on. I was able to drive back home over 100 miles without any problem or delay. It was very straight forward to trade in my car and I was given a very fair price as a trade in. Imram and the team answered all of my questions and I highly recommend this Dealership

I have a 3 series bmw m sport my father just passed and my grandad all in 3 weeks i crashed my car in the curb at the hospital pulling away my front bumper my undertray was dragging and my splitter was blitz I thought I was finished and my car I saw there garage asked for some help and they welcomed me in asked me if I was okay popped my car on the ramp repaired my car so it was in good working order and repaired my tyre with in 30 mins and charged my 1/5 th of what a nearby garage quoted me probably the best and most genuine and nicest car sales and repair shop I’ve ever encountered the lad in the mot bay asked me if I was okay and genuinely cared for my well being the mechanics was funny and honest and real helpful and billy the owner on the front desk was a gentleman this will now be my only place to take my car for repairs or when I need a new car Thank you boys I really appreciate you Christopher

Wanted to charge extra for a 3 month warranty. When in fact the consumer rights act says you have up to 6 months to have a faulty car repaired, or you can reject it if they fail to do that! Other than that, the visit was ok. But I found a much cheaper and better condition alternative (with a warranty) elsewhere.
