I received excellent service from EMG Huntingdon when I purchased my new vehicle. I had not used the dealership previously however I will certainly recommend. Mike Mulligan was an extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable sales person and Nick on the Service desk dealt with some small issues immediately and efficiently. Thank you
EMG Huntingdon staff were good because they provided a great service. Very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Ashley took time to explain each function on the car. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I felt completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Very happy.
My experience at EMG Huntingdon was memorable because from the moment I contacted EMG after finding the car on auto trader the manager Marshall gave me total confidence in the company, explaining the process fully and then handed me over to Ashley who sent me a walk round video with explanations of the features and all the technology the technology. We decided we put a deposit down and made the 2 hour journey the next weekend to meet Ashley at the agreed time, we were early and Ashley managed to see us even though the show room was exceptionally busy. We were shown all the features and capabilities and then left to take our time fully inspecting the vehicle. We bought the car, got it taxed, insured all within the hour and drive home. The jaecoo7 is an amazing car and after driving a Range Rover vogue for the last 10 years thought I may be underwhelmed but I was wrong it certainly delivers excellent driving and amazing value for money. We are considering another one also in the family now.
