EMG Huntingdon were great because they were respectful. I would just like to mention considering the car had been valid and serviced by them when I want to use my windscreen wash there was no windscreen wash in the car which is very dangerous considering I was driving at the time and needed to clean my windscreen, no one told me they had none in
My experience at EMG Huntingdon could have been better because I felt the salesperson was quite pushy at points and wasn't overly happy with the complete service. I made an appointment to see a vehicle, upon arrival the salesperson got my name wrong, and the vehicle then was available to test drive. We then were unable to enter the vehicle as the key did not work. We did a deal on the basis of a test drive as we had not yet been in the vehicle. Once the vehicle was ready, the salesperson seemed quite keen to push through with the sale despite me having not sat in, nor driven the vehicle. I was able to make an appointment to properly look at and test drive the car in the end. As the car was not ready on our first visit on a Sunday, the salesperson said he would bring it to our local branch. However, when trying to arrange this, it transpired that he could only do this on a weekday, not a weekend, which was not said at the time. In general I am happy with the vehicle and state that I received it. However, I did feel that the service I received could've been better.
My experience at EMG Huntingdon could have been better if they contacted me to keep me informed about delivery. And did not deliver a faulty car. 2 weeks later, still waiting for it be to fixed. I've been through 3 different salespeople, but Paul seems to have sorted it out. Thanks to him.
EMG Huntingdon were great as I had my last car for over 10 years so was very anxious purchasing a new car as it's a big investment for me. But by January 2026, I eventually found the right car at EMG Huntingdon. The Sales Consultant Alex Minall was exceptional in his professionalism and level of customer care. Alex and his colleagues were very sensitive and supportive throughout the whole process and I am so pleased with my purchase. Thank you to EMG Huntingdon and extra Thanks to Alex for being so understanding and making this a really positive experience.
