Asrar Hamed I made deal for a bmw m3 on the 20-10-25 i left e deposit for \xa31000 Then i changed mind next day 21-10-25 but Mr Asrar keept \xa3500 and he told me to fack off refused to get the deposit back some how he give me \xa3500 back which the car still was for sale online He did not loose anything that he needed to keep \xa3500 Do not trust this company one star is too good for this man ,,

Very very happy I travelled a long way to go see the car the staff said I can look at the car on my own etc then take it out for a test drive there were some parts I wasn't happy with but the owner got that sorted very quickly there and then drove home the same day with the car I'm very happy with it so far so good and I have been given a 3 month warranty win win very polite staff they know there stuff as I do would use again

Avoid like the plague!!!!! Trying to take 1000 pounds deposit from me for a bike which isnt even sold at this company. He stole pics from a company after me asking if they had a Yamaha mt125 in stock and this bike is actually another company's bike that thry are selling in Swindon. That company in swindon has been made aware. Do not use this company. I dodged a massive bullet! Emails back and forth with a so called Mark Wood. Avoid don't listen to any of the good reviews nothing about this company is good. If you call the company in Swindon called budget bikes and speak to Ian you will realise this isn't kars co ltds bike it's actually budget cars. Kars co ltd stole the photos from their website!

Excellent experience with this dealership. I purchased a Toyota Avensis. Owner and employees were transparent during the entire process. Vehicle advertisement was accurate, and the dealership conducted complimentary touch ups to ensure the vehicle was ready to go on day of purchase.

definitely would not recommend bought a van a month ago that wasn’t supposedly checked over and made sure it was safe and as soon as i put stuff in started making a knocking noise and it turns out the steering rack has gone and trying to find a garage that deal with the warranty company is a pain in the arse, 100% do not recommend.

Went to view a car which looked good. Perfectly friendly chap gave us keys. Took it for test drive (being told he had been driving it for a week) and there was a bit of a clunk on the gearbox, and a strange noise coming from somewhere in the dash, constantly whirring. Turned off fans & aircon etc, still whirring. Pulled over, still whirring. Took it back and explained. Another chap came out, listened to it and said it was just a fan, but if we don't want it, just leave. Well, that was an instant change in attitude because we had mentioned the noise! We decided to go for lunch and have a think, so we asked if there was somewhere nearby. We were told abruptly to google it as he walked away. If you want rude people, this place will certainly impress you. Goes without saying, we didn't go back for the car! It stank of smoke too. Yuk. Avoid!!!

Didn't want to give details of car service history. Was prepared to drive a 6 hour round trip to buy a car but it turns out the car is 2 years overdue a Cambelt change. Huge red flag . Asked if they would get it sorted but the answer is no. Only a few weeks mot on it well. Looks like they've bought a car without checking it. Pleased I spent the money checking. Mileage discrepancy too. Very rude on phone. We were after 2 cars with \xa325k to spend.

My experience with this seller was extremely disappointing. I purchased a van that was advertised as being in good working condition, but it turned out to be completely unfit for use. Serious mechanical issues became obvious shortly after the sale — problems that should have been disclosed or spotted if the vehicle had been honestly represented. After trying to resolve the matter privately with no success, I was forced to take the seller to small claims court. Only a few weeks before the court date, he agreed to pay me my money back — which says a lot about the strength of my case and the condition the van was actually in. This entire situation caused me unnecessary stress, time, and expense. I strongly urge anyone considering buying from this seller to be extremely cautious and insist on an independent inspection before handing over any money.

Purchased a vauxhall combi van from this dealership. Very good condition inside and out. Imran made sure it was thoroughly checked over before it was handed over to me. Very happy with purchase and also I how i was dealt with by the company.
