Arranged to view a car drove 50 miles only to be told that the car had been sold the day before and they didn't have the decency to inform me I would never consider buying from them again !

I came to the dealership on Saturday, and within 45 minutes i had my car and it has be quickly prepared for me to drive away with in the coming days. Wayne Thomas and Steve Hawkins were excellent in working through a deal and getting me to a place where i was able to purchase the car. They were professional and incredibly helpful and i cannot recommend them enough.

Being in this market for a Peugeot 208 my wife and I visited Days Motorpark in Garngoch. We were attended by a salesperson, politely at first, who within seconds was asking how I intended to pay for the vehicle. Was it cash or did I want finance. I hadn't looked at the car in detail, sat in it let alone test driven it. When I responded that I didn't know if I was going to purchase it, and pointed out that the vehicle had quite a few little marks and chips where seemingly the doors had hit things when being opened, his attitude changed almost immediately. He simply didn't like the fact that I had challenged his statement. 'its a used car what do you expect' and instantly became very obnoxious and threatening. Asked if we could drive it he stated twice that it was impossible as he was on his own. His threatening attitude continued to the extent that I complained to him about it and told my wife that we were leaving. Then it transpired he wasn't on his own as his manager was there as well. He did offer for me to speak with his manager but by this time I knew full well that this was not a vehicle sales location that I wished to deal with. As we departed to our car his ranting continued. I'm certainly not slating the premises or the vehicles, they may be first class, however, if this particular sales persons attitude, who on more than one occasion mentioned he'd been selling cars for, 30 years, is to go by, then I'd be very wary indeed. No doubt a response will appear naturally blaming us etc etc but please, be aware, that salespeople like this do exist. I will also post this on tripadviser as well. I will further consider whether the hierarchy at Days should be made aware as having a confrontational salesperson does certainly not reflect well on their business.

Had a wonderful sales experience with Jeremy Bush . He was professional and friendly all the way through. We love the car which was cleaned and fully checked before we took delivery of it on 27th June. Would recommend 👌 coming here if you want a pre loved car.

I have purchased a lot of cars over the years. And I can honestly say that the service I received was above and beyond. Everything I asked for was sorted. and the vehicle was immaculate. Steve Hawkins In particular . pulled out all the stops to make sure what I received was as good as it could be. I would not hesitate to buy again from them .
