Bought a used car from these guys. Over 80k miles and 2nd hand car. Wasn't so sure what to expect. Anyway Briefly we bought the car and all was as we was promised. Unfortunately it developed a fault 3 weeks later. CSK advised if we can drop it in they would be happy to take a look. The day after the car was delivered back to us and is now faultless. Thanks to the Team at CSK MOTORS.
Single worst car I have ever owned, waited over a year for parts that have never arrived so many promised call backs that never happened poor quality work on bits that were fixed that I have had to then take to another garage to fix properly. I have strong reason to believe they are falsifying MOTs.. Seemed great at first. Same as all the other dodgy used car salesmen in the end. Look at the trust pilot reviews I wish I had Edit in response to the reply As I said initially great the timing chain was replaced on warranty. I mean this is what a warranty is for. Its why people purchase from you and not private. Also reported the car blowing smoke after the timing chain was done. This was apparently due to the turbo. CSK failed to fix the issue. I had to take to another garage to resolve. After i initially bought the car I was told to take to another garage to have the alignment done this garage informed me the trailing arms are worn and shouldnt have gone through it's MOT. Which I reported immediately to CSK it's took them over 12 months to fail to source the parts. I was told you had since stopped selling KIA sportages because you cannot source the parts. This is proven to be a lie you have them for sale
I would strongly advise avoiding CSK Motors Ltd based on my experience. I purchased a vehicle in October 2025 which was sold with an MOT and described as being in good condition, but it developed serious faults almost immediately. It had already failed an MOT before I properly received it, and after delivery I experienced further issues including alternator failure and a suspension problem that caused a breakdown and required recovery. I had to reject the vehicle as it was not of a reasonable standard. The trader took the car back and stayed silent and no refund until I issued a court claim. Only after legal action did I receive a full refund including my costs. Overall, this was a stressful and time-consuming experience, and I would recommend that others avoid and carry out very careful checks before considering buying from this trader.
i have just bought a mercedes from csk motors and must say the service was second to none. The car had a couple of issues i spotted at point of sale but nothing was to much trouble every thing had been sorted by the time i collected the car. Had the car a month and really enjoying driving it a big 10 out of 10 for this car dealer good old fashion service with no over promising.
Brought a truck, vw crafter cr35, from 2 days after picking it up it became apparent that something wasn’t right, had a diagnostic report done and I nearly fell through the floor, 14 fault codes, contacted Chris to explain what was happening, the truck was dangerous, no back brakes, 2 bald tyres, it was dark when we went to pick it up, so I had cambelt done along with a full service including fuel filter and Chris managed to send us the money for the brakes and tyres the day after the cambelt was done, but I’ve broken down 4 times in 4 weeks, so hade sensors done what was showing up and had the glow plug relay sensor checked, but still got the problem, engine issues and just not running right, so I contacted Chris again and he apologised, this was a few days ago, so I messaged him this morning to see when is best to get it recovered back to them from Stoke on Trent, the truck would not drive that far without issues, but now they are refusing to fix the truck because I’ve had the cambelt done, I’ve paid \xa311000 for this and they think they are just walking away, think again lads, I’ve now raised a complaint with the finance company and I’m going have to take them to court, so people, be very careful when buying from these, and id just like to add that there 3 month warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on, I’m still currently under there warranty but they are refusing to fix it, no other option my end to get them in court for the cost of repairs and loss of earnings, I really don’t like leaving a review like this, I also depend on reviews for my business, which I’ve been doing for 35 years, if I treated my customers this way then I wouldn’t have a business, so beware people.
Edit to previous. All issues, and problems rectified. Reason for car taking longer, was unique to this vehicle. An turned to be one annoyingly simple fix of greasing brake caliper sliders. And not the worst case scenario of transmission trouble. Car drives mint. Happy with service.
