I had been searching for a SEAT Arona and contacted four different garages to compare options. Out of all of them, Maddy at Crewe SEAT was the only person who replied. Her response was quick, clear and genuinely helpful, which immediately set Crewe SEAT apart from the rest. She arranged a prompt appointment and the experience from the moment I walked in was impressive. The showroom was spotless, bright and welcoming, and even the coffee was great. It felt like a place that takes pride in what it does. The Arona itself was immaculate. It had full SEAT service history and the level of preparation was outstanding. The car looked as though it had just left the factory. Every detail had been taken care of and it was presented to a standard that is rare to find. Throughout the process, Maddy kept me fully updated. Communication was excellent and I always knew what stage we were at. I had some issues with my part exchange, but she came up with practical and fair solutions that made everything smooth and stress free. She was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely focused on helping rather than selling. I collected the car last Friday and the quality is on another level. The presentation was superb and the entire sales process was easy, friendly and professional from start to finish. Maddy is a real credit to Crewe SEAT and the experience reflects extremely well on the dealership as a whole. I will happily travel the hour for servicing and I would not hesitate to buy future cars from Crewe SEAT.
Unfortunately my experience after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership became extremely disappointing once issues with previous repair work came to light. After purchasing the car and noticing apparent fitment issues with a piece of bodywork, I initially struggled to obtain meaningful cooperation from the dealership in addressing the matter. Ultimately, I had to escalate the issue beyond the dealership itself before any meaningful discussion around rectification took place. The vehicle was then collected and taken to the dealership’s bodyshop for inspection and what I was led to believe would be a comprehensive repair. During this process, I requested a full range of photographs documenting the work being carried out, however only a small number of very similar images were ultimately provided. After receiving the vehicle back and remaining dissatisfied with the quality of the repair, I arranged for an independent inspection by another bodyshop. A number of concerns were identified relating to the rear spoiler and boot lid area, including damaged mounting points, additional drilled holes, overspray on surrounding components, and the apparent use of a second-hand boot lid which had never been disclosed to me. The vehicle ultimately required replacement OEM parts to rectify the issue properly. The process of reaching a resolution was lengthy and, at times, frustrating, particularly given the initial suggestion that the damage may have occurred externally after purchase. That said, after extensive correspondence and independent inspection findings being provided, the dealership did eventually agree a goodwill contribution toward the cost of rectification, which I do appreciate. I would simply encourage prospective buyers to inspect any previous repair work carefully and ask detailed questions regarding any bodyshop work carried out prior to purchase. Personally, I will be taking my future business elsewhere.
I’ve been using Crewe Seat for 2 years and service have been excellent. I had a window button issues and an infotainment software issue and they resolved it and returned my car back to me the same day. Thanks to Olly for providing an excellent service! Highly recommend and will return again
Crewe SEAT were fantastic because Everything went really smoothly and it was all down to Imogen. From day one she was kind, friendly and really helpful. If I could give her 11/10 we would. The car we bought is beautiful and we love it. Would highly recommend Crewe Seat for a new or used car"
I recently bought a car from Crewe SEAT and part exchanged my Audi with them, and the whole experience was really smooth from start to finish. Isabella, my sales executive, was fantastic to deal with. She was friendly, professional, and made everything feel straightforward without any pressure. The part exchange process was simple and fair, and Isabella explained everything clearly which made it all stress free. She kept me updated throughout and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Even after collecting the car, she has still been really helpful and quick to respond, which makes a big difference. Overall a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend Crewe SEAT, especially Isabella if you want an easy and hassle free process.
Not Good service - Had booked a test drive, was made to wait 40 minutes, the sales person then test drove my car for some reason, sat me down to try and sell me the Paint Protection, Wheel Protection and Interior Protection before even talking to me about the car I wanted to test drove. Once he had realised we weren’t going to buy there and then, no test drive
Within the last month and a bit, I was enquiring about vehicles as mine was on the brink of being renewed for both service and insurance and making last minute enquiries. I enquired about a Cupra Formentor with a female called Maddy, initially this was a E-Hybrid and I somehow didn’t realise this was electric and almost went forward with the purchase however upon further research and numerous phone calls and emails with Maddy, she found me a brand new CUPRA Formentor which is Mild Hybrid so requires no plugin electric at all, I was really happy despite being extremely anxious about progressing because I’ve never done PCP before however heard almost every review positive. She’s gone above and beyond her role which I believe to be customer services, and she’s clarified everything with me from start to finish, including however not limited to, finance, photos and specs of the vehicle which in essence is the same as my old one but a few more upgrades and luxury aspects. Upon accepting and making deposit, her quality of service had never dipped in the slightest and I’ve no complaints whatsoever, she’s remained professional, friendly, supportive and overall exactly what you’d look for in a customer services member of staff. She was very much on the point when it came to following up emails and or questions I had and if she wasn’t in she’d direct me to another member of staff that being I believe Paul, which I had limited contact with however still did a good job.
