Fantastic service from Pip! From the moment we walked into the showroom, we felt genuinely looked after. He let us ask as many questions as we wanted, never rushed us, and never made us feel pressured. Pip also clearly explained some optional services we could consider, which was really helpful. The test drive was excellent, and any concerns we had were fully resolved to our satisfaction. Pip’s professionalism, patience, and friendly approach made the whole experience a real pleasure! Best car we have ever purchased.
Just purchased our daughter’s first car from here today. We had seen it on Autotrader, booked a test drive easily. When we went away from the test drive and realised we hadn’t asked some questions. These were answered easily and quickly over email. The car was ready to collect within a few days.
We were very well taken care of by Bradley, who is a credit to the team at Cartime. He is truly professional and sincere to work with. Whilst the weather was at its worst with heavy rain he braved the elements and had no issues allowing us to thoroughly inspect the car and take it for a test drive. I could not of asked for a better experience whilst looking to purchase a vehicle.
