After selling them my car in March, I am still receiving letters from the DVLA. They have not transferred ownership still, after months of complaints, do not take phone calls and reply to your emails after weeks to ask you the same question they asked in the email before. No answer regarding unsafe practices of selling me a car with unsafe tyres and a seat belt not working. AVOID. DO NOT USE.
It's funny how Customer Care respond within a few hours to a TrustPilot review, but can't respond to months of emails. They have been copied in to plenty, which they've now acknowledged on my other review, but have suggested they haven't seen anything since May...check your inbox again!
Unfortunately I haven't time to click every single link on the cars to find out the details and price.. what a totally stupid idea.. and im ready to buy my next car.. not with you guys though.. sales very unhelpful..look online.. how about you sit with me and ask me what car im looking for and actually help out.. what a joke..
