If you want buying a car to feel like a chore, this is exactly the place to go. Absolutely shocking after-sales service. Once they\u2019ve got your money, don\u2019t expect them to follow through on anything they promise. I\u2019ve spent the last month constantly chasing things up, only to be fobbed off time and time again. Every conversation ends with another excuse or another promise that never gets delivered. That\u2019s if you ever get a reply anyway. The sales team don\u2019t inspire much confidence either. Harrison didn\u2019t seem to be much interested in selling the car and then just fobbed us off to another salesperson halfway through selling the car (although we had pre arranged an appointment). It\u2019s genuinely impressive how much effort they\u2019ve made to turn what should have been a straightforward car purchase into a complete headache. Avoid if you value your time, patience, or basic customer service.
