We recently purchased a Nissan X-Trail from Cars2 Huddersfield and received outstanding service from Adeel from start to finish. Adeel was friendly, professional, and never put us under any pressure. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole buying process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and he kept us updated every step of the way. The car was presented beautifully, and we were made to feel valued as customers from the moment we walked through the door. It\u2019s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service rather than just making a sale. We are extremely happy with our Nissan X-Trail and wouldn\u2019t hesitate to recommend Adeel and Cars2 Huddersfield to friends and family. If you want buying a car to feel like a chore, this is exactly the place to go. Absolutely shocking after-sales service. Once they\u2019ve got your money, don\u2019t expect them to follow through on anything they promise. I\u2019ve spent the last month constantly chasing things up, only to be fobbed off time and time again. Every conversation ends with another excuse or another promise that never gets delivered. That\u2019s if you ever get a reply anyway. The sales team don\u2019t inspire much confidence either. Harrison didn\u2019t seem to be much interested in selling the car and then just fobbed us off to another salesperson halfway through selling the car (although we had pre arranged an appointment). It\u2019s genuinely impressive how much effort they\u2019ve made to turn what should have been a straightforward car purchase into a complete headache. Avoid if you value your time, patience, or basic customer service.
