I had a great experience at Carbase Bristol because I easily found the car I was looking for, James and Dan guided me through the sales process in a friendly and helpful manner. My only gripe would be speaking to Carbase on the phone, it is hard to get through to the person you want and you end up speaking to a lot of different people. This is only a minor gripe and the instore experience more than makes up for it.
I would highly recommend Carbase Bristol. All staff members I had contact with were very friendly and helpful, Tendayi and Tony were brilliant! I really liked that I was given information on all products/extras etc but it wasn't 'salesy' and no one was pushy. This is the second car I have purchased from Carbase Bristol and would definitely use them again.
