Viewed a car for step daughter 2 keys and service book present at the time but we're not with the car when delivered numerous attempts to speak to him including txt messages regarding this and just ignored, would not recommend to anybody that values customer service as once they have ur money they are not interested so if you were to have any sort of issue it will ne er get resolved !!
I\u2019ve just recently bought a Kia picanto from James and it\u2019s been fabulous except for a couple of minor issues that he was more than happy to rectify quickly and smoothly, I highly recommend this garage and with so many affordable options to choose from you just can\u2019t fault this garage
Total time wasters. Not to be trusted. Having emailed them and arranged a time to view and buy a ford Mondeo estate. Fifteen minutes prior to arriving. They text me and told me they had sold the car. Kind regards from James. So I'm out of pocket for fuel wasted and the time wasted on traveling time..I have text them asking if I can Bill them for part of the fuel I used,but haven't had a reply. If this is how they do business. They not worth dealing with.a deal is a deal at the end of the day.at least honour that deal.they should be ashamed of themselves.please don't fall foul of these fraudsters. It makes me wonder if they would of sold it if I'd put a deposit on.
