AVOID! I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before buying a car from this garage. I purchased a red Mercedes (HV16 AXO), which is now back up for sale on their website. The car had a serious fault and was sold to me damaged, with a broken flywheel. I had this inspected and confirmed by another garage, yet they still disputed it. I rejected the vehicle under my legal rights, but it took over 3 months to get my money back. The entire process was stressful and unnecessarily drawn out. Throughout, the garage was very unprofessional. They attempted to charge me for “usage” of the car despite it being legally rejected, and also tried to apply storage fees once we had rejected the car and returned it to them, which was completely unreasonable. Thankfully, my credit card company stepped in and supported me, otherwise I doubt this would have been resolved as it was. Overall, a very poor experience with a lack of professionalism and customer care. I would not recommend buying from here.
I bought a BMW 325i (LT03 UFL) from this dealer. Within days, I noticed a missing rear seat belt (I checked under the seats, and it wasn’t there), the car went into limp mode, and a few days later it wouldn’t start. I rejected the vehicle, but the dealer did not respond to my solicitor’s letter and even threatened storage fees that were never agreed. The car also leaked oil on my drive, the reverse sensors didn’t work, and a window trim piece (which I knew about at the time of sale) is very difficult to source. The process was extremely stressful. I strongly advise anyone buying from this dealer to be cautious, keep all communication in writing, and document any issues immediately for your own protection. I did, after over a month and issuing a court claim, get the majority of my money back. Review update: After settling the refund for my BMW, the dealer continued to attempt to intimidate me — one email even told me I "have some growing up to do boy.” Even after accepting \xa33,600 and a \xa3195 chargeback, I was still \xa3260 out of pocket. Screenshot attached for proof of their professionalism.
Recently bought a car from here. Josh was lovely and was great about waiting a week until we could get there to view the car. Buying was really smooth. Most importantly was what happened after the sape. When I got home we had a small problem with the car (a really random issue nothing to do with it not working). We rang up and josh was again super helpful. The car went back the next day they sorted the problem and I was able to take the car home with the issue fixed. Highly recommend.
I purchased a vehicle from Bristol Auto Hub SE16VTG (DO NOT PURCHASE!!) which developed multiple fault codes shortly after purchase, including engine management issues, brake faults etc, I exercised my consumer rights within the relevant period and attempted to resolve matters amicably. Despite clear communication, the process became unnecessarily prolonged and stressful. I was repeatedly told different things about my rights, and although I eventually agreed to compromises (including mileage and cambelt deductions which were unlawful) purely to bring matters to a close, further issues were raised only after the vehicle was returned and they wanted to deduct even MORE money. What has been most disappointing is the moving of goalposts and the lack of clarity and consistency throughout the process, despite my efforts to resolve matters reasonably and promptly. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this dealer to ensure everything is thoroughly documented, understand your consumer rights in advance, and be prepared for potential difficulties if issues arise. Even better- avoid this car garage like the plague!
Disappointing experience overall. The process felt disorganised and unprofessional. I was told someone would get back to me about purchasing a car, but no one ever did. They took all my details and then left me waiting with no follow-up. On top of that, their website isn’t kept up to date, which only adds to the confusion. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
Please do not buy from this so called garage. I brought a mokka X and drove 146 miles to get it. Approx 45 minutes driving back along the motor away we experienced an engine warning light come on. It was too late to turn back as the garge would of been closed. So I get in touch with the problem and they turned round as said get intouch with the warranty company. So since the start of November we have been ignored emails, calls and facing a \xa31000 repair bill. The best part about this story is they must of known about this fault, as my local garage informed us that the fault diagnosis has been chased to cure the fault as all components had been replaced by third party components. The warning light indicated an exhaust fault, which could be numerous places on the exhaust system. They cleared the fault hoping nothing would come of it. Well now im getting in touch with trading standards.
I was served by Josh at Bristol Auto Hub, It was my first time buying a car and Josh was very friendly and helpful with helping me understand the process, I went for a test drive and was able to reserve the car the next day after having some time to consider. Thanks for making my time purchasing a car easy and comfortable :)
