Purchased a 2018 car back in March and without even driving away noticed the one of the electric wing mirrors didn\u2019t fold out when unlocked. That should have been the red flag I listened to. Within 6 weeks I had to have both top springs replaced and a tyre as a result of the issue with the spring. As it was an emergency and deemed not safe for driving I took it to my local garage (instead of driving unsafe it back to the sales office) and was told by a mechanic that this should not have happened on a car of that age. The mechanic showed me the spring had completely rusted and snapped. I have spent the best part of \xa31000 fixing problems that should have been spotted in their \u201840 point check\u2019 (or is that just some bs they like telling potential customers to make sales?!). After spending \xa310k on the car itself plus a further \xa31k on it, they have emailed me \u2018unable to provide reimbursement for work already carried out\u2019. To trading standards I go\u2026 Strongly advise against this car merchant and their slimy salesmen. Classic. It\u2019s a shame I can\u2019t leave zero stars.
Had a good experience with Auto Hub . Went to View a car, wasn't hassled and pressured in any way. Bought the car ,no stress. Josh and Aron were good to work with ,Josh sorted a few things out that I needed with the car. Picked it up a few days later. All good. Highly recommend \U0001f44c
I bought a car from someone I believed to be a Gentleman called himself sav, however, when the car says it has warranty. You believed that they would honour that, I was told the car had 0 faults 0 advisories to need over 1000 pounds worth of work. Done, i'm told it is wear and tear and they would not pay for it. Avoid this garage at all costs. This sales man said to trust him after telling him I had a bad injury and needed a xray he replied u cant see a broken heart on that. I should have ran away then
I was a first time customer at Bristol Auto Hub and I can thoroughly recommend purchasing your next car from there. I was very well looked after by Josh, who guided me through the entire experience. I came away with the car of my choice, at a great price, and with no fuss. 5 stars, I\u2019ll definitely use again.
Recently bought a BMW X1 from here. Great deal lots of help getting to know history of vehicle as well as doing checks all over before I collected it. Car drives smooth and they have a variety of warranties too. Great customer experience, I always return to this garage when I need a new car
