Very rude and dishonest staff! According to companies house, the company seems to have been handed down from father to son. This might explain the poor standards and general disorganisation.

DO NOT HIRE FROM THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! A weekend camper hire costed me almost \xa32000!!!! On the first day of our camper trip, a tractor dropped a pebble on the windscreen causing a small crack. We called up and Boutagy's told us to continue. On return they said everything was fine, but THEN attempted to take the entire deposit from GoBoony (the camper hire company). They refused to go through insurance and claimed we agreed to all of these things, which simply isn't true. They even tried to charge us VAT when they would claim this back from the government, and presented us with an invoice from a company that has told us and the camper hire service that they don't replace windscreens. Very suspicious. I cannot say it clear enough: DO NOT HIRE FROM THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

Completely hassle free service. The van was delivered and collected on time and was very clean inside and out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use again if I need to.

We hired from this company through Nationwide Hire UK - we only knew this once we complained about an additional charge due to the email address of the woman replying. Both companies are operating a scam. Do not use them! Over two months after hiring a car from them, \xa3562 was taken out of our account with no warning and for no reason. This is illegal. Apparently there was "damage" though there was no proof of this. When we disputed this claim, we received an image of a scratch on a van (with no license plate to identify it) and with no time stamp. We received a fake Nationwide Hire UK invoice for the "repair" which is clearly fake - not from a garage or a mechanic. Furthermore , the scratch is virtually non existent and would not have cost \xa3562 to repair. Have reported both companies to the bank and fraud authorities. If you look at the reviews particularly for Nationwide Hire UK, you will see many people with a very similar situation. Don't buy into this scam.

This is the second time I have booked through nationwide and highly recommend I cannot fault Boutsgy’s Vehiclr hire they left the vehicle the day before and collected when promised. All in all faultless Thank you my second house move went really well

Nationwide hire always delivers great service. I have hired vans from them many time and they offer good quality for a low price. Highly recommended.

I would hire from them again, if it wasn't so expensive.
