I have to say - that in all my dealings with a manufacturer dealer - from Porsche, Mercedes or Jaguar, my experience dealing with Lydja Krumins and the service and tech team at Stratstone Jaguar Birmingham North has been by far the most helpful accommodating and accomplished of any experience I’ve had. From the first conversation, to the booking and arrival, through to the management of the faults/parts and service required, Lydja and the team while I was in the dealership, have been nothing short of exceptional. Thank you.
I purchased a 30k vehicle. I phone them on Monday pm and a very helpful Indian lady answered the phone. She had a couple of problems...the first one was even with such a large company as Stratstone they didnt accept business from Smile Bank. I am unsure why as they are very prodfessional bank to deal with and even more so since they have come under the wing of Coventry Building Soc. Anyway that meant I had to move money to another bank to pay .The other issue was that they agreed to deliver the vehicle to my home address this afternoon along with another member of staff. the lady sounded Indian and was very helpful and got clearance from one of her managers over the phone...ANYWAY roll forward to today and there was very little communication to me and then he explained why they could not send a second person to my adddress .The whole thing had become a shambles and gone from bad to worse and no one had ever bothered to keep me in the picture
As a returning customer, I had a great experience with Mercedes Benz of Giffnick. The sales person Ben Conn that took me through the purchase of my car was very informative, kept me up to date with the delivery of my vehicle and on the day of pick up he took me through every detail of my new vehicle. There was also recognition of the fact I was a returning customer.
Had a call to organise my MOT and Service today and the booking team did a fantastic job in getting everything sorted quickly and concisely, I spoke with Jess in the Booking department and she was very patient, kind, and provided great customer service for me today, I hope this is communicated across that she did a wonderful job, excellent customer service!
I am deeply disappointed that I have had to return this new car twice within 12 weeks of purchase for 2 different faults, only to be told-awe don’t worry about it by your lead technician, this is not a response I expect from your staff or from a brand new car or a technician I expect better. This car is not fit for purpose and I am being fobbed off with no concern. If there is one more issue with this car you can be prepared to take it back, I don’t want a car that has constant faults also I don’t have the time to keep returning to the garage. Please get in touch with a solution.
