The service provided from start to finish was one of the best I have ever had even with more prestigious brands. I was met in the carpark and checked in, kept updated regularly on the progress of the work being done on my car and then a thorough explanation of all work completed and answered my many queries on the technology available. Amazing and well done to Habib who dealt with me from start to finish
Our Jaguar car was booked in for today to look at a few issues we had with our electric car . Steven was our point of contact for the day . He was very professional, courteous and listened to our concerns with the issues we are experiencing. He kept us well updated throughout the day on the works of our car and has patiently gone through the follow up appointment to hopefully resolve remaining issues . Thank you Steven .
