What can I say, my wife bought a Citroen C1 from there Bexhill showroom. It had a few advisories that needed to be rectified. Adam, promised to sort all the issues out with a full service, which he did. I have bought cars from many dealership ( Big motoring world) where they promise to carry out 100s of checks before you drive off. Then find out that only half of what they promised has been done. So, if you are thinking of buying a car from them, go ahead, they are professional, courteous and trustworthy.
Fantastic service from nice sales people. There was an electrical issue with the car I purchased that neither of us realised until after the sale. The people at Bexhill were so helpful in trying to fix it and when they couldn't they covered the cost of repairs. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!
"Terrible experience with this place. The key cutter and the salesman clearly have no communication. I had to keep chasing them, and they constantly came up with excuses to avoid fulfilling their promises, like fixing the scratch on my car. Even after a month of persistent follow-ups, they deflected, made up excuses, or simply ignored me until the warranty ran out. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this business."
I think the measure of a company is how well they treat customers when things don't go to plan, with that being said, Toby is a credit to Bexhill Motors. When making a large purchase, we'd all like things to go smoothly, but it doesn't always work out liker that. I purchased a car and have had some problems, some of which were outside the control of Bexhill Motors, but I was taken care of, and made to feel like a valued customer. Toby has gone above and beyond what anyone would expect, it's clear he values each and every customer, we are not just a sale or a number, he personally ensures everything is rectified to the best of his ability. Its rare to find such high levels of customer care these days. He has made what could have been a difficult experience, go smoothly and retained my custom at a time when. I was ready to walk away. I would recommend Bexhill Motors based on my experience with Toby to friends and family and feel safe in the knowledge Toby would take care of them. A huge thankyou :D
I have been overwhelmed by the fantastic service, advice and general help and understanding that has been provided for me by Bexhill Motors, specifically Toby! I sold my car to them a couple of years back which was a pain-free process, and I collected my new vehicle from him a few days ago. Toby and his team have gone above and beyond to ensure my new car was the right one for me with no pressure applied as to which one I decided on, he helped to source finance when I didn\u2019t think that would be an option, that any work that was needed on the car was completed to a high standard (including the ordering of cosmetic parts that required replacement) providing a squeaky clean MOT, and even ensuring the paintwork was top notch. I cannot recommend Bexhill Motors enough and will certainly return here in the future - one very happy customer!
Last year my grandson bought a small Ford car from Bexhill Motors Eastbourne. The car had some serious problems but Toby Weise, the manager, and his team undertook all the work needed so that he ended up with a high quality vehicle which will serve him well.
