I had a great experience with this car dealer. The staff were professional, honest, and very helpful throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. The car was exactly as described and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Professional, friendly, straightforward with well presented vehicles. No pressure sales. We purchased a vehicle with a fair price as we had already looked at others. Would happily recommended.

Purchased a vehicle from Bedford Car Centre after my vehicle was written off in an RTA. James and his team were patient and empathetic whilst I was waiting for the insurance to pay out (hampered by Christmas and New Year) so I could go ahead with the purchase. I am now the happy owner of a Hyundi i20. I would definitely recommend Bedford Car Centre. Thank you.

I bought a very low mileage 7 year old Volvo recently from BCC. I read all the reviews online about BCC and the car I liked before I went as I like to be as informed as possible when buying something so expensive. I had no previous experience of buying from a dealer, I ve been driving 27 years and bought all my 6 cars private before but there was nothing private I wanted this time so forced to go to a dealer (my old car had died and I needed one asap as have a young family). Dealers don't have the best of images in my opinion, which is why I'd avoided them before. So I was a bit worried about what I thought could happen. I turned up unannounced and BCC were very relaxed and gave me the keys to play around in the car for as long as I wanted. I was able to leave my driving license details and take it for a test drive on my own (which didn't bother me at all/ I preferred that). I wasn't pushed on the warranty much at all, it didn't interest me in extending it. I paid a small deposit and agreed on some particular things as part of the deal before I d come back and buy it 4 days later (cleaned in and out as was being used by the salesman, a scuff on the leather to be removed and a service at their local garage they use). I arrived on the agreed date and the car had been valeted, leather scuff repaired and had a oil change and new filter, with receipts provided. When I arrived they told me an issue had come up with the service indicator on the dash not being able to be reset, and a low battery charge. BCC said they d tried to get it reset in a garage, and tried themselves but with no luck. This made me suspicious and concerned me as i was paying in my opinion a very top price for the car (but I felt was worth it as low mileage and only one careful owner). I challenged BCC on how they d put it right and they agreed to get it booked in my local Volvo garage an hour away from Bedford to reset the service indicator. BCC also said the battery health was good and it was showing as low only because of under use. This worried me given I was paying a lot for the car and would be driving off 70 miles and then there may be no comeback if things went wrong in that the battery would die or the service indicator was a symptom of something else. BCC assured me it would be ok but I needed peace of mind and I said what would happen if the local Volvo garage found issues - who would pay to fix them? BCC said they d buy a new battery and pay for the service reset by Volvo if necessary. I wasn't completely happy with how it was all going with in my view with the risk all on me. I appreciate I didn't have to buy the car at that point and could ve walked away. BCC said they ' weren't that type of garage' eg I took that to mean to fleece me out of my money and not keep their promises on the outstanding issues once I paid and left. On that basis I decided to trust BCC and buy the car. Fast forward a month and the cars now had a service indicator reset by Volvo (which they did for free) and Volvo said the same as BCC in that the battery health was ok and just needed a good long drive to charge it. I didn't need to test the honesty of BCC in the end in paying for a new battery of the Volvo garage reset, but I did genuinely believe they would ve done that remotely if required. I'm probably a person who ll never like or enjoy buying from a dealer, so probably unfair of me to say if I'd go back again. However I can say on my first experience from buying from a dealer that I was pleasantly surprised with the level of trust and honesty I felt I received. I found BCC to be genuine in keeping their promises in selling me my car. I found BCC to be warm and friendly with their advice and service they gave me. I'm very pleased with the car so far.

Cars with low mileage and age mainly, which for example doesn't let you buy a car for a couple of thousands, maybe like something small which you probably won't be interested if you have family etc. Go look in other places around for better deals or surf online like on Auto Trader.
