I purchased a Mercedes E class coupe from auto prestige 1 year ago they agreed at the time to repair the scratches on the door when I first purchased the car they said come back any time we will sort it I took the car as it was due to this agreement I attempted to get in contact to which they ignored. I have now sold this car to we buy any car however once I have sold it to them it turns out the vehicle has had previous damage from before I owned the vehicle to the point they have stated the vehicle is unsafe with the amount of filler on the vehicle. The vehicle has also bad its mileage rolled back I\u2019m assuming by the garage due to the other issues. I have now lost over \xa312000 in losses due to this car and had to pay \xa37650 for we buy any car to actually take the vehicle off of me. Avoid this Dealership at all costs.
Got my bmw m140i from auto prestige process was very smooth faz was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the car not a fault with the car can\u2019t complain what so ever would most definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy even upon collecting the vehicle didn\u2019t have that much fuel in it but they kindly gave me some money for petrol which they didn\u2019t have to 5 stars from me top family run business
I had such a good experience from start to finish. I needed a reliable car for commuting and decided to purchase a Golf, and I couldn\u2019t be happier with my choice. Ash explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Everyone at the premises was lovely and welcoming, which made such a difference. Highly recommend if you\u2019re looking for a great car and excellent service!
Had an appointment to purchase a vehicle from this so called \u201cshowroom\u201d total of 3 hour round trip journey took time of work and fuel to be told upon arrival I can\u2019t buy the car as it has a fault so to come back the following week this should have been told me on the phone when I made the appointment so I don\u2019t waste my time driving down and to just come down when the car is ready. Drove down again the following week to see a different car they had on for sale which came new into stock 3 hour round trip journey upon arrival the car was in shocking condition and to be told it\u2019s not ready to be sold needs few weeks before we can sell and prep again this should have been told to before making the appointment!! Total waste of time, effort, money. Very unprofessional and feels like you\u201dre buying of a back street private seller. 0/10
Picked up my lovely new Range Rover Sport from Auto Prestige Cars and just wanted to say what a great experience it was dealing with all the folks there. Very friendly guys and it showed how much they cared about the customer experience. I had a small sensor issue on travelling back but they could not do enough to help me sort it out. Would highly recommend. Had to mention both Kez Senior and Kez junior. Both very knowledgable chaps.
Bought my Audi S3 from Auto Prestige Bradford and the experience was spot on. Honest, professional, and transparent from start to finish. The car was exactly as described and I felt I could genuinely buy with trust. Highly recommended if you want peace of mind when buying a car.
I recently bought a 435d from Autoprestige Cars. I had a warm welcome on arrival from Kez and his family, with a nice bit of banter. The car I came to view was well presented on arrival. I was allowed time to myself to view the vehicle, and then most of my questions about the car they could answer for me. Test drive was satisfactory and enabled me to experience the car enough before making a final decision. A little bit of haggling over part ex value but nothing less than you'd expect. Overall, a very good experience and I hope the car is a long term keeper!
