I have just recently taken ownership of my Audi Q7 from these guys. I\u2019ve been looking for weeks waiting for one that stands out and has the spec want. I made contact with Zed and I was open and straightforward asking for complete transparency about the vehicle as I live best part of 300 miles away . I got exactly that! I was sent all service history we had best part of an hours FaceTime call. After negotiations I put deposit on the vehicle and had the majority of the funds in line ready for a seem less hand over. So I made the journey upon arrival first impression of the dealership was wow inside was probably one of the nicest I\u2019ve seen. I met Zed nice guy offered drinks straight away. We then went to look at my car it was presented to me inside absolutely gleaming I\u2019m not going to lie I was like a kid in a toy shop. I absolutely love everything about this car! Thank you
Amazing service by autolab. Looked after me from start to finish and did everything they could for me. Absolutely incredible service. Staff are spot on and amazingly friendly. Their aftercare is unreal too. Thank you autolab! Nice to see there are good companies in this world. Shame some can\u2019t take a leaf out of their book.

I can\u2019t praise every single person at Autolab highly enough. I have bought a number of cars from them in the last few years and from first contact to receiving my car their friendly professional service goes beyond anything I\u2019ve ever had from any other dealership. An example of this I recently had a warranty issue which was disputed and with one phone call to Adam they took ownership of the situation and with tenacious Tazleem on my side Autolab who had nothing to do with the claim decided to pay me themselves. Tell me any other company with that level of customer care. Everyone in the company is an absolute gem and I have the greatest pleasure in recommending them to anyone looking for a quality car.
AutoLab have offered impeccable service throughout all my dealings. AutoLab originally fitted additional extras to my vehicle to exacting specification providing an excellent and efficient service. I have recently revisited at their new and impressive premises for additional services and have again received a faultless service. The new site is visually impressive with an excellent range of stock. Staff are friendly and welcoming and keen to provide an excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for bespoke services or a new vehicle.
