Everything's been great from start to finish. The support teams and Timothy Cogger have been absolutely brilliant. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at a Mercedes dealership, and I feel compelled to share just how poor the service was. Communication throughout the process was terrible. I was given vague answers to straightforward questions, and I often felt like I was being brushed off rather than properly assisted. On top of that, there was a lack of transparency . What stood out most was the lack of basic customer care. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and quality, the service I received was anything but. I expected a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail, but instead I left feeling ignored and undervalued. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone expecting the level of service typically associated with the brand.
