I realise that I am not a customer but have been working in the motor trade for many years 2 things you need to know about AC 1. Never under any circumstances buy a used car from them 2 Never put your car in to them for repair If you look at the reviews you will find they are mostly positive for buying a new car (that's because the want your money ) but check a bit further at the one and two star reviews and you will find theit after care and customer services is appalling
I had a great experience thanks to Thiago Silva who sold the car to me. Friendly, experienced, knowledgeable man. No pressure or hard sell. I went to other Arnold Clark branches before going to Linwood and did not have a great experience. I would highly recommend Thiago at Linwood for and honest, helpful advice if you are thinking about purchasing a car.
Bought a car from Stirling Vauxhall, I then booked it into another garage to get it check over and it was found to have multiple safety issues and dangerous components on the vehicle, brake fluid not checked or replaced, brake shoes not checked properly or fitted properly, one tyre cracked, another tyre with a bulge, wing mirror damaged despite the salesmen saying it would get looked at, the car is pulling to the right and the steering wheel isn’t sitting straight, a shock absorber leaking, and a dent that has been touched up with a touch up pen instead of being removed
I highly recommend this place! I had a great experience from start to finish. I first visited on Saturday evening just to browse, and by Tuesday I was already driving away with my new MG. The whole process was smooth and stress-free — there was no pressure to rush into a decision, and the team really took the time to listen to what I wanted. Fantastic customer service all around! Connor was my product consultant and he was very helpful, making the entire process of buying a car very simple and quick. I had reserved a car only the night before once the garage had closed, but in the following morning i had called up to enquire about the car and whether it was possible to receive the car on the day, and Connor was super helpful aiding my request and making sure everything was good to go! He made sure i was happy with everything about the car, and helped me navigate the new car as well which i found really helpful as it was a big change for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying a car, so that you very much Connor! Definitely recommend others to buy from this branch as the customer service was amazing.
