I had a great experience buying my car from Arnold Clark. It’s always a bit of a mine field when purchasing a new car but the choice of vehicles , the condition and also I feel value for money were the key things Arnold Clark offered. There was no waiting either. I picked up my car on the same day and have been so happy with my purchase. Thomas helped with any information we needed about the purchasing of the vehicle and I felt reassured that I had chosen the right company to buy my car from. There was so much choice and all the vehicles looked in great condition and were at the right price. The app is great aswell with all my information in one place.
Aiden at the start of or journey was both knowledgeable and helpful. Paul, who actually closed the deal, was exceptional in his patience ,(with my long list of questions and worries) and his knowledge on finding us the perfect car. On the pick up day, I was thrilled to see the large red bow on our shiny black car and the thank you gift on the seat. All in all a great experience. Thank you team Arnold Clark
Bought a 2017 Kia sportage from the burton on Trent store had a warm and friendly welcome by James who helped mae looking for the perfect used car even easier. He was very polite and helpful through the whole process suggesting cars in the price range while going around getting keys to show me the car and has a feel for what it’s like inside. Even on the test drive he was patient with me getting used to how the car drove and guided me through it honestly looked like a good guy who just wants to give the customer the best experience and get the car that’s right for them thank you James
