Bought my first electric car today. Delighted! Alex in Kia Aberdeen was brilliant right from the first discussion. All of my questions were answered & explained so clearly. I’m not used to driving automatic cars & my last car was 14 years old & the guidance I was given was excellent. Alex also explained each next step, so I understood the process. Being short of technical car info myself, my questions really were answered so well & my phone calls & emails were returned promptly. Such an excellent experience for a customer, thank you Arnold Clark & Alex, a company I would highly recommend. My beautiful new car is safely in my garage. So looking forward to driving tomorrow.
I visited Arnold Clark south street with the intention of purchasing a Corsa so glad I met Lewis on the fore court of the showroom. He welcomed and introduced himself and showed me what cars were on offer with great acknowledge and understanding of my needs. The process was steam line and Lewis kept in touch through our my purchase. Visited on the Saturday collected my car on the Monday. Loving my new purchase 🩶🚙
We were told before we collected the car that the paint chips and scratches would be done by your company PAINT & VEHICLE PREP EXPERT but when we collected the car which we paid cash for the car had been touched up with the completely the wrong colour of paint it's like night and day. The car inside was supposed to be valeted and it wasn't. Then when taking the car away it was noticed that the tyre pressure warning light was on. I am sorry but your pre delivery and sales promises has been absolutely terrible. We have also noticed that there is a bad wind noise coming from the drivers door. So over all basically it really hasn't been a good experience. I put trust in your sales person and her promises and as I said after paying cash for the car your company really should be ashamed of yourself.
We would like to mention the wonderful customer service we received from Paul McLean. He listened to what we were looking for in a car and helped us decide on a Dacia Sandero Stepway. We are very happy with our car and Paul went the extra mile to make the sale seamless and easy.
