Jag and the team were so kind and so amazing! I’m a nurse that came with specific requirements, budget and car in mind! I walked out with a better car than I asked for. More warranty. Way better and higher spec on the car. Lower tax bracket. I am so grateful that it was Jag I bumped into that day in store. He made my experience great! Not pressured and very logical sound advice. Booked an appointment online for a car valuation as I’d brought my car from them and got up early, drove out of my way to be on time to be told valuer was with another customer and had no time to me. Appalling service, what a way to treat a previous customer, will never return. I would also like to state the car I brought gave me lots of trouble but never blamed them.
