I purchased a used car from AC Stoke branch. Everything seemed to go well after receiving the car, but within weeks the EML light appeared and I took it to my local branch (Liverpool) as advised. They corrected the issue so I thought. This then began my ten month journey of back and forth with my car same issues related to the EML. I was advised to take it to Liverpool, Warrington AC Tech centre, back to Stoke and in all this I received minimal customer service. I had to reject the vehicle in the end after quoting the consumer rights acts 2015 that my vehicle was clearly not fit for purpose. I was then hit with a 2K milage deduction which when appealed was rejected. The journey with this consistent fault had been so stressful and at no point did either AC Stoke Branch, The customer service team say to me: " How can we put this right" no good will gesture, no following up messages. I had to keep phoning, logging and emailing several members of the branch before action was taken. This huge company pay no attention to actual customer satisfaction. It pained me to take a hit of 2k off the price of the vehicle, whilst I understand a milage fee, there was no movement on the matter. I have and will continue to warn people about this company and it's tactics to avoid problematic vehicles that they sell off to unsuspecting customers. Heads up: Be Warned!!!!
From start to finish was easy we were looking around came over ask if he could help we're just looking and left us to it when I was ready to ask questions he was straight over told us all about the car we were looking at then we talked about what would work with the Financial side then the manager came over and helped with the price and helped the some of the worry you have put my mind at rest so we got the car and 4 days later we went back and I got my wife lovely car and they really help with special the manager Christian thank you
