Jordan and Aaron were first class before I went to the showroom to collect the car and then on the day of the collection, they were totally professional, friendly and helpful. They made the whole experience to be most enjoyable and relaxing. Family members had recommended Arnold Clark beforehand and Jordan and Aaron 100% lived up to my expectations. Thank you to them and AC and all the staff at Stourbridge.
My electric car had a fault with the actuator, this meant I couldn't access the car charging socket. Arnold Clark sent the AA. AA arrived and open the flap so the car could be charged. However the actuator/flap needs repairing. Arnold Clark are now saying my warranty is void even though the AA said the car had a fault. The AA at no time said this would harm my warranty. Arnold Clark couldn't book me in for the repair for 3 weeks and only in Broxburn, over 50 mile from my home. On arriving in Broxburn, they didn't have the part, or the courtesy car that had been booked for 3 weeks AND they want over £375 for the work to be completed as my warranty is void. I'm now trapped between two organisations who don't seem to want to listen or help. Customer service from the moment I contacted Arnold Clark about the fault has been pretty unhelpful.
