I have purchased lots of cars over many years but this time felt a little rushed and not personal, felt it was all about the sale. At time of collection felt a little preasured and bit disappointed as we were not sure if the car was right for our needs. Deal was OK nothing special. We had finance and everything in place, they even taxed the car before we had seen the car so felt a little pressured to buy. At one point we were walking away from the deal as a comment was made "what im suppose to do with a car that's taxed" we spent a bit more time looking and decided to get the car as we did feel a little bad. We were asked for the free gift that we pre order but didnt have what was requested prior to meeting on the day. My experience with AC is normally postive with odd issue but sorted out. We were not offered any alternative,disappointing. The car its self was good condition, but not to have foot mats on a car I spent nearly 23k on is poor, was told it was company policy to removed and dispose of. This experience has not been good for us and will question future purchases in the future. AC dont seem the the same as before seem more clinical gives us your cash and bye.
I did my research on The Arnold Clarke app so when I went to buy I had an idea what I was looking for. The app is really a fantastic tool to use! Ash was excellent in helping me to find a suitable car, as a woman you can feel intimidated in these situations, not with Ash he was just perfect. The showroom was very impressive. No wonder Arnold Clarke have been going for so many years! I came away happy . Thank you
