Absolutely brilliant experience buying a car from Gavin at Mazda Linwood. Every aspect of buying my new Mazda 2 Hybrid Homura was excellent. Everything from test drive to driving my new car out the garage was great. Every detail explained by Gavin. A terrific asset to Arnold Clark.
Bought car - said many times they had to address tyre issue and was told this was done however it was not. A temporary fix was already leaking. I already raised this with them previously and I dont have time to go back and forth on simple stuff like this multiple times so have had to sort it out independently. In general everything else was fine but frustrated something I raised really clearly in advance wasnt taken seriously.
Wayne Chong was dealer who helped us when choosing a car. He was very professional without being overbearing, we chose a car in a very short time and are very happy with it. Wayne made himself available to us when we had questions to ask re the running of the vehicle. We both felt comfortable dealing with him and will return when we are looking to exchange.
I visited the Arnold Clark store in Warrington where I was met by the lovely Abdullah Hasson. He never pressured me, or followed me around whilst browsing at cars etc but once I’d seen a car I liked he was hands on and very approachable. In the end the deal was done and I got the car. Customer service from start to end was absolutely fantastic and I cannot fault him! There was a few minor faults which was no fault of his but he compensated me for that which made up for it.
