I reserved the car online, called the next day to arrange viewing and test drive. During the test Martin surveyed the part exchange and gave me fair figures. Without pressure for an immediate sale I told him I would make my decision after discussing with my wife. I called Martin later to arrange pick up of new car the next afternoon. Smooth transaction.
