Brand new 26 plate car has had to go back to the dealership just under 24 hours after picking it up. It is now waiting for the dealership workshop to see what is wrong with my new 26 plate car. My biggest complaint was that I was being pushed from pillar to post by people seemingly passing the buck. I was told Friday to bring it down so it could be looked at. I got there only to be told the mechanics are finishing in 10 minutes. Someone said that it was being towed in by the AA but the AA patrol was with me when I was told to bring it down to the dealership. The calls are monitored anyway so we’ll see who’s telling the truth. Obviously I had to get a taxi back and no doubt a taxi back there to hopefully pick up a courtesy car so I can go to work and do my shopping. Terrible customer service experience. I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years as well
I wouldn't give any stars if possible there is something wrong with the car i bought spotted a week after buying took it in and they said nothing wrong still couldn't get it in gear took it in again and a different mechanic told me it needed a new gear box I have told them I want a refund as its within first 30 days they are doing anything to avoid I have had no car for weeks and am still fighting for a refund do not buy off these people
