I had a very positive experience. The seller was extremely polite, patient, and professional, answering all my questions with great care. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and efficient, and it was clear that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely choose them again in the future
It appeared that the sales person did not want to share the sales information with me. I didn’t receive a copy of the sales agreement for 5 days after booking my car. Two Sales Managers argued with me. Figures in my sales document were not what I had agreed and the delivery date noted in the sales order was not what had been agreed verbally. There was no transparency is this transaction and the process was unsatisfactory If I had a choice I would have used another dealer but Arnold Clark have all the BYD franchises in Central Scotland. The car itself is wonderful and I am very happy with it.
Recently got a car from here.From the first day it was well organised and the staff were helpful,friendly and informative. I was kept updated every step of the way and despite it been Easter weekend they ensured the car coming from Scotland was with me speedily in Wigan. Car is in great condition. A special mention to Paul Gibson who dealt with my purchase professionally and with compassion.
