I had a great experience with Jared at Arnold Clark. From start to finish, he was helpful, kind, and made the whole process quick and easy. He was always fast to respond to any questions and was more than happy to discuss any concerns further, which made me feel really comfortable throughout. I was unsure whether getting finance would even be possible for me, but Jared was very supportive and guided me through everything clearly and professionally. He was polite at all times and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and positive. I’d highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for excellent customer service and support when buying a car.
Found a car we liked in York with the help of James. You need a smartphone to download the app & complete the purchase process. Sadly I forgot my phone when going to collect the car. Paid for it 2 days prior. James on day off so Delilah & I struggled to sign off the purchase, managed to sign off later in the day from home. Overall, patient, well trained, helpful, cheerful staff. Just don't forget your smartphone!
Stephen and Erin at Arnold Clark Mini in Glasgow were knowledgeable, helpful, very pleasant, and approachable. Process of vehicle selection, exploration of different options, process of purchasing etc was seamless and comfortable. After sales also good, with Stephen contacting me a few days later to make sure I was happy with purchase, check whether I had any questions. More than happy with car and with service received.
