Great Service at branch , all nice and easy to deal with. Happy with service on collection all great . After 2 days Alarm start going off randomly. Just new battery need in most . Book car in on 60 days warranty no problem . Diagnosed for battery exchange at Wednesday … Thursday ask Sale Brunch due to area where living to book me asap , can’t leave car open or left with alarm randomly off on night time . Some will vandalise car if so .It is Friday night no one be in touch and left me with this problem over Weekend… Thats absolutely disgusting behaviour from after sale care time and i will advise to think before buy next car from this Dealer . Will advise to check PDA form because this one was done not properly
Couldn’t recommend Arnold Clark chesterfield branch especially Dan daryl. Dan made the whole process of getting a new car easy and comfortable. Dan was so knowledgeable and was so helpful. Dan was really approachable and any question we had was never left unanswered. Dan is such an attribute to Arnold Clark.
