As English is not my first language, I was a bit worried at the beginning. However, the whole experience turned out to be very smooth. The staff were very helpful and patient, and communication was clear throughout. I would especially like to mention Marcus, who was very supportive and made the whole process much easier for me. Compared to my previous experience with another company, this was much better. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would be happy to come back again in the future
Chris Walker was my Sales Consultant at Arnold Clark Wakefield and he was honestly incredible. He listened to exactly what I needed and helped guide and recommend me when required. His attention to detail was second to none and his level of communication was outstanding. He was very professional and knowledgeable and provided very swift responses whenever I had any questions. What stood out about Chris was that he wasn’t just looking to sell you a car, he genuinely cared. I really appreciated that, after the sale, he even checked in to make sure all was ok and if I had any questions. Chris is an asset to Arnold Clark Wakefield and I cannot thank him enough for helping me find my new car!
