Fantastic experience and would highly recommend. The staff (especially Dan and Aaron) were simply amazing especially with their knowledge and advice; everyone we spoke to went above and beyond. The customer service was exceptional whilst in the showroom and post sales.
My first telephone encounter with Arnold Clark in Perth was with Emma, who was very pleasant and assistive. Ryan, also, was helpful and positively progressed the P/X following inspection of our 22 plate Citroen the following day. Finally, Bobby was able to conclude the deal, to our mutual benefit. The handover from our replacement vehicle was again handled by Emma, which was all smooth and effortless. 5 Stars to All of you at Arnold Clark in Perth.
Yes, I was very satisfied with the whole experience. Ross, the consultant who looked after me throughout the process, was extremely professional, helpful, and reliable. He guided me through everything and made sure all arrangements were handled smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout – honestly, it couldn’t have been better. I really appreciate all the support and assistance he provided, and I am very happy with the service I received.
