I recently purchased a car from Arnold Clark Wolverhampton and had the pleasure of dealing with Sammy throughout the process. Although the sales team and the manager where all really nice it still didn’t make up for the stress and hassle of the car being damaged and having to sort out insurance for an extra few days which they paid for they did give me a full tank of petrol which I much appreciated . Also at the handover would have been nice to be shown the new feature and controls rather then just pushing buttons to see what they did. Also I didn’t know that the car didn’t come with mats and have had to spend £70.01 to order them which is a shame. As I said the staff were very good just a few niggles that could have been better.
