Bought a car from them still under warranty problem occurred with the climate control phoned Stretford branch to book in was told sorry no appointments till after your warranty runs out which would be end of April so I phoned customer service not a scrap of help girl on phone was so nonchalant absolute awful so now it’s gonna cost £172 for a diagnostic and whatever the bills gonna be when it should be free I already had a problem with the Salford branch selling me a dodgy car I recommended a colleague at work to go and get his electric car from the Stretford branch the car had a fault in it when he went to ask when they fixing it the man told him it’ll be a long time but what’s the problem? It’s working that’s what he got hit with. I will never ever buy another car from there ever. That was my last straw. The only decent one was the booking department lady not at branch level who booked me in to get the repair
I have made multiple attempts to secure a test drive for an OMODA vehicle through Arnold Clark at the Aberdeen branch. On one occasion, I pre-arranged a test drive and travelled 1.5 hours for the appointment, but no one showed up and I was not acknowledged upon arrival in the showroom, meaning I had to leave without testing a car. I then tried the Inverness branch, arranging another visit in advance, only to be informed on arrival that the car had been sent out three hours earlier and that I would need to reschedule yet again. Overall, this has been a very poor experience and a disappointing way to treat prospective customers. I would advise others to avoid at all costs.
