Would give a zero if i could. I bought a mg4 and it has developed a major battery fault it been broken for over a year its under warent but Arnold Clark MG are not fixing it as they dont have a clue. It's been in 6 time for the same thing and not fixed. I haven't been able to drive it now for 5 months. No courtesy car available. I had to go and buy a second car as I was fed up using public transport and walking my kids to school in the February weather. My advice to everyone is to stay away from any electric cars that Arnold Clark sell as they don't have the staff to fix them. This is all at a cost to my self. Stay away from mg linwood they are not a good company to deal with and don't care about customers or the safety of there families.
A sales experience with no pressure. Help was available when needed but we were given time to browse at leisure before taking a test drive. The whole sale was easy. I took the option of the refundable 48 hr deposit to secure the car to enable me to check insurance etc. I had no pressure sales call during that time and was able to ring to confirm my purchase just before the 48 hrs expired. Definitely a profesional service and value for money car. A special thanks to Abi at Wakefield for her help in making this purchase a nice experience.
I recently purchased a car from Arnold Clark, and although the process wasn’t completely smooth and the handover felt a little rushed, I want to give special recognition to Greg, who I dealt with throughout the entire journey. There were a few issues with the vehicle that needed attention, but Greg handled everything professionally and kept me informed every step of the way with regular phone calls and text messages. His communication was excellent, and he always did his best to make the process as smooth as possible. The 5-star rating is for Greg. His customer service, professionalism, and support were outstanding, and I genuinely have no complaints about the way he looked after me throughout the process.
