I previously bought a Fiat 500e from the Dunfermline branch in December 2021, at which time I was given a great deal. After over four years of very satisfactory after-sales support from servicing and reception, I returned to purchase another new Fiat 500e and dealt with the same consultant who has recently been promoted to sales manager. The deal was, again, very favourable and the service that I received was second to none. I intend to return for my third new Fiat in four or five years time.
Having bought a 72 plate vehicle I have had very poor after sales service from Vauxhall Dundee. Sales staff have never return my calls. When I did get through to speak to someone it was "OK I'll get back to you" I never got any call backs. I spoke to a Sales Manager who was just as bad. Customer Care Service is none existent.
I first visited Arnold Clark in February 2026 as my car lease is up in August 2026. Alfa Romeo Linwood , customer service was not that good had to go to the next door dealership to ask for someone; then i was quoted in writing to get a new top of the range alfa romeo junior sport speciale all bells and whistles included, i was told need to wait till is manufactured. time to pick My alfa up , get insurance, arrange time off work the right before i get the email to sign the documents...well am glad i looked at fine print... the monthly charge went up by £57 a month deposit by over 2K and service charge which is advertised @£249 was @£759.49 well surprised i contest it as i have the email chain of the quote and arnold clark after excuses ( vat , service charge, road tax) refused to honour the original quote.....Total scammers!!! i cancelled the order but i am left with insurance to cancel , my current car going back to leasing company and I need to find a new car. Absolutely shocking customer service!!! Found new deal at a much better price , never again Arnold Clark
I have dealt with Ciaran many times and he always remembers me. He and Alex never rush a sale and the whole process is very professional and friendly. All of my questions were answered and the new car at the end was worth waiting for. Also, don't forget to ask for a hot chocolate - it is the best.
