Bought a new car which was due to be delivered with 0 miles. Was then told that a member of staff was going to dropping it off and had 200 miles on the clock when it arrived - we were then asked to drop the staff off at a train station. Car turned up with a scratch on it - and no lights that work…. Still waiting for this be fixed and the guy I bought the car off doesn’t return my emails.
Bought a car back end off April Just not satisfied with the car at all all 4 tyres are different Vent broken Noise from front end witch was there when I collected it Brakes grinding No mats in the car Just poor really for A £19500 car To be fair they did say bring it to a garage for repair but I don’t trust there garages if they can let a car leave like this then what they going to do to mine I will sell it on soon and loose money but it’s not the experience I thought it was going to be
Don’t take your car for a servicing at the Nottingham store! Took it in with no faults, needed a little coolant, but when it came out had a sudden loss of power, drinking the coolant quicker than before. Broke down on me while driving a normal route. Took it back in to explain this and all they said is that I would have to pay extra to find out if there was any problems, money grabbing, from company we’ve used for years but not there when you need them most. I understand the warranty side of things but if the problem came from the service surely the normal/ moral thing to do is offer to find what they might of done to it.
