Delivery experience was disappointing. The mudguard is not properly fitted, indicating the vehicle was not checked before handover. This level of quality control is not acceptable. I know you will reply with below and will never take any action so please don't reply "Thank you for your review, Sourabh. I’m really sorry to hear that parts of your vehicle weren’t properly fitted or checked before delivery, that’s not the experience we want for our customers. I’ve passed your comments to our Customer Services team so they can look into this further and arrange for someone to contact you. They’ll be in touch to help get this resolved."
Fantastic experience at Arnold Clark in East Kilbride. Scott Robertson was our sales advisor and he was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Very knowledgeable gentleman who explained everything thoroughly, as well as answered all the questions we had without hesitation. Would highly recommend him, and the garage!
