Unfortunately my experience of Arnold Clark Chertsey has been nothing short of dissapointing. Buying a car is quite stressful and after a very trying few years I finally got around to buying a replacement for my much loved Chrysler . My first encounter at the Chertsey Branch was pleasant, a nice salesman called Amir helped me with my preferred car. However after arranging to go back and buy the car, Amir was sadly off sick. I was met by the very unhelpful Sokrat Noti who had a very lackadaisical attitude and then I was passed over to a trainee who was equally sloppy and lacking in experience and knowledge, luckily another salesperson called Muhammad stepped in and things improved. Sadly the lack of prior information I received meant I was sat about waiting for my transfer to clear, now if they had been able to suggest that I transferred the money the day before that would have been helpful. In the end I had to leave the car and go to a meeting. Two days later, after promising delivery the next day they delivered the car. I believe proper training in customer service is essential and not just prior to purchase. Cars are expensive and we, the customer expect to be treated in a respectful and appropriate manner. All in all, I wish I could say I am excited to have my new car but Arnold Clark managed to take the shine of it!!!
Great experience from start to finish. I was kept up to date throughout the process.Never having bought a car this way before , I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. The staff at the click and collect in Norwich point were more than helpful, and on top of that I am delighted with the car. Overall a great experience. I will be back!
This is the second car I’ve bought from Sergio at Arnold Clark—the first was a Renault Clio, and now I’ve upgraded to a SEAT Arona. Once again, the service was outstanding. Sergio is always friendly, honest, and professional. He takes the time to listen, answers every question, and makes the whole buying process easy and stress-free. I never feel under any pressure, and I know I can trust his advice. I’m absolutely delighted with my new SEAT Arona and couldn’t recommend Sergio highly enough. Have to be honest I was apprehensive about buying a new car, as a female walking into a garage on my own was nerve wracking. When approached by the sales consultant I told her the type of car I was interested in and blimey I was blown away, absolutely no pressure, communication was excellent, very professional throughout and her customer service was amazing. I would have no doubts in recommending Arnold Clark Silverlink to any of my friends and family,.
