May 2026 I went into the Linwood branch to test drive the Jaecoo 7. Test drive was amazing, Jayden was so knowledgeable about the car. I then spoke with Reuben who took the time to go through all the options and finance with me. Bought it there and then, picked it up today (June 2026) and again Reuben and Jayden spent so much time with me. Brilliant service and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
A great experience as the Service Manager picked up from what I said that I was not really enjoying my car but had loved a previous car I had from Arnold Clark, he asked if I was happy for a sales colleague to speak with me. Yes I was, within 48 hours I had part exchanged my vehicle for a car that was perfect for me. Both the Service Manager and Sales - Product Consultant listened to my needs and preferences and delivered successfully.
