Terrible purchase of a van from start to finish. They had a van for sale I was interested in, I initially contacted them for some info on the van, the replies where slow but they was replying at least, I put it down to being busy. After a week or so of messages and waiting for replies I was finally able to arrange to look at the van. It was a strange experience on the viewing as know one was there when I got there, I call the owner who said the keys are in the petrol cap of an Audi that was parked in front of there workshop. I must have been there 45 minutes on my own before someone turned up. Anyway I ended up buying the van. Got it home and a couple of days later it rained, the van had auto wipers but these didn\u2019t work and this is where it all got even harder. Now the calls stopped being answered and the messages not replied to. I managed to contact the parts manager who threatened me on the phone and told me to come down and he would sort me out (as in wanted a fight) anyway he eventually calmed down and said he would help. They said it had a new screen and must have the wrong rain sensor in there and they would send me the correct sensor. After another 10 calls and messages finding out where the sensor was 2 weeks later it arrived. I changed it and it didn\u2019t work. It\u2019s safe to say I didn\u2019t want to deal with these cowboys again. So I am now going to sort the problem myself. I definitely would buy anything from this lot again. It was very hard and stressful throughout the whole thing. There warranty isn\u2019t worth the paper it\u2019s printed on. Very polite before they take your money but that all changes after the sale. Horrendous people to deal with.
Recently bought myself a van from these guys and can\u2019t fault them! They were very open and honest about the condition and work done more than happy for me to take it out for a drive as long as I needed also. And after all that I asked if they could source me a bulkhead as it didn\u2019t have one and they up and put one in for me and ply lined it free of charge! Very happy with these guys!
Brought a van from them last year, after 6 weeks the van was making a funny noise, check the engine and the oil was really low so top it up, another 6 weeks on the same happened again top up the oil again , after a big job I was on had finished I took it back to them and left it with them to have a look, when I went back to pick the van up at the end of the day no owners there only a worker he told me to give Tom a ring one of the owners, gave him a ring told me he couldn't find anything wrong with the van no oil leaks I know all of that I told him it's burning oil he told me to take it to another garage for second opinion, I told him I bought it off him it's for him to sort out an obviously it needs another engine, he wouldn't buy the van back off me he told me he could sell my van for me and get an extra thousand pounds for it so that proves to me they will sell you anything even if they know there is something wrong with a motor, he then plays your three month warranty has just run out and aso what am I moaning about I've got a fan out of it anyway I was fuming in the end you don't treat customers like that if I was face to face with him it wouldn't have been nice, I got off the phone not getting nowhere with this company, if things go wrong with this company you will end up paying the price, I was right about the engine it had to have a rebuild it has cost me 4,500 plus vat for a rebuild, absolutely fuming, do not buy motors from this company or you could be end up paying the price ,
Very reasonably priced. I brought a new ( to me) van and am very pleased with it. The service is second to none. I had a fault light come up and the guys were so helpful and changed a faulty part immediately. The customer service is superb. Highly recommend this business. It feels like it's not just your money they want but your respect and driver happiness.
I recently purchased a van from Tom at approved commercial sales. I saw 3/4 companies that day, but to be honest alot of them didn\u2019t really know what they were talking about, it was like they tried to just get me to buy whatever they needed gone! Where as at approved Tom told me what I would need and why, he was very knowledgeable and was very honest with me about all the small details with the van and bits I might\u2019ve missed. They are definitely the best van company in Thanet. Would recommend!!
Purchased a car from this dealership January this year, to be told it came with 3 months warranty which then i got told over the phone that l'd receive 6 months warranty due to the value of the vehicle sold, I received email proof of the warranty showing that it would be 6 months with the AA, then after 30 days I received an email to state that my AA warranty has been cancelled!! I spoken to the AA providing them with my agreement number and details to then be told the dealership has cancelled it with no explanation.... Tried contacting the dealer to resolve why it's been cancelled to have my calls and messages ignored.
