We had a fantastic experience at Ancaster Dartford buying our daughter’s first car. From start to finish, the team were welcoming especially James. Bought a vehicle at Ancaster Dartford with a seatbelt issue. When I pointed this out they said it was only a minor issue, however, vehicle failed MOT because of it. Emailed customer services but never got a response. Had a temp repair done but will need replacing which will no doubt not be cheap. Also a bit congas the vehicle was bought for a new driver and this appears to have been a safety issue, hence the MOT fail.
