Not a trusted character and dealership at all. I did business with somebody\u2019s recommendation, bought a car from you and you guaranteed that there is no issues but as soon as I drive it out I found 7 advisories which facebook marketplace wont have it amd after bringing back to you, you said you dont fix these issues. You said the car has 2 keys but one was broken and you said you gonna order a replacement key then call me to go collecr it they other key you said you cant find it right now once find it will gibe to me BUT all of them were a lie and i never got the key from you as you didint pick up the calls until i visited your shop and you said that you didint promise any key to me. You do a dodgy business with honest people and once they complain then you want to distract people\u2019s attention by saying I dont know you I didint do business with you OR look at our reviews on bla bla.
I bought a Nissan Juke from this company in September, it broke down in 2 weeks after ownership. It was towed back to him. I picked it up a week later, he said it was fixed, however driving home it still wasn't working properly. He then said "he can't figure out what is wrong with it, only a ceased ball bearing which he replaced". I left the car with him then went home. I decided to ask for my money back being in first 30 days and the car was obviously faulty. Here's where the trouble started it took over 3 weeks to get my refund; because he paid me in 4 different installments. I had to contact Trading Standards for advice. I had to constantly call and email to get any information regarding my refund. I was beginning to feel he wouldn't pay me back which caused me a lot of unnecessary stress; not to mention the cost of a rental car I had to hire. Then he deducted 50 pounds off my refund for petrol which I used driving to and from his business in the faulty car. Overall I found this experience stressful and costly. I found him rude, untrustworthy and unprofessional.
I am confident to say that this is "THE best of the best" cars showroom and workshop in stoke on Trent. Staff is extraordinary cooperative and friendly. And on the top of it....Owner Mr Noori makes you feel comfortable with his dealing and services to your satisfaction. I bought a used Audi from here. They got me new 02 tyres and all brake pads replaced as a goodwill.Engine and other things were in warranty but. After few weeks I found my passenger door central locking was not working sometimes. I talked to them and they replaced the complete module for free despite it was not covered in warranty. Gave my car a complementary wash as well. These people are awesome in their dealing with customers and after sales services. Highly recommended for buying cars and having repair work and servicing of vehicles. My best wishes for them.
Fantastic service provided throughout the purchase of my new car. Rhys and Charlie went over and above to support any queries I had, this included providing excellent service with after-sales and warranty commitments. Highly recommend them and will definitely use their services in the future, thanks again for a wonderful experience.
